You have the right to the protection of your personal data. We only process personal data on the basis of lawful processing grounds and in a transparent manner. 4 Purpose for processing personal data

Oblivia’s personal data file contains information of audience members, art and culture sector professionals and policymakers, amongst others, which it uses to maintain and communicate about its core activities. The personal data is used to inform about the Oblivia’s current news, activities and performances, if the data subject has subscribed to our mailing list.

5 Data content of the register

The following data may be stored about the customer:
Name
User name and customer identifiers
Language
Address
Telephone number
Email address
Information on the data subject’s employer and position or function within the Community, where the data subject represents the Community
Service, sales, payment and transaction information
Service usage data across different channels, such as internet and mobile services, including log and transaction data and cookies for linking page loads.
Personalized and facilitated information provided by the customer
Consents and prohibitions on direct marketing
Information related to the implementation of direct marketing and customer communications

6 Storage time of data

All personal data file information is stored for as long as communicating with the data subject is relevant, or/and until the data subject leaves the mailing list at their own wish.

7 Regular disclosures of data

The information in the customer register is only available to Oblivia. Personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

8 Transfer of data outside the EU or EEA

Only the controller’s personnel and handlers of personal data have access to the personal data file. The data is not disclosed to third parties without separate permission from the data subject.

9 Principles for the protection of the register

Personal data are adequately protected. The controller collects the data in databases protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means. The databases and their backups are located in locked and secured premises and are accessible only to certain pre-designated persons. Personal data are stored in the Gruppo system.

10 Right of access and rectification

Any person in the register has the right to inspect and correct the data stored in the register. Requests for inspection and correction should be addressed in writing to the registry administrators at the above postal address or by e-mail at info at oblivia.fi

11 Right to request the deletion of data

Any person in the register has the right to request the deletion of information about him/her contained in the register. Requests for erasure shall be addressed in writing to the registry administrators at the above postal address or by e-mail to info at oblivia.fi.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics tool. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect statistical information. We use this information to analyze visitor numbers, how our pages are used and to improve our website.
